\u2022 A $25 deposit is required upon appointment confirmation. The deposit will be deducted when paying the invoice. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Payment must be made on the same day as the service. Clients have 24 hours to pay their invoice. If payment is still not made after one week, a late fee of $15 will be applied.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Some tests may take longer than 24-48 hours to be analyzed. When this is the case, clients will be notified.<\/p>\n
\u2022 The service may be refundable within 15 days following the care, but certain conditions apply: if the sample is rejected by the laboratory, we offer the possibility of taking another sample free of charge (if the invoice has been paid); if the laboratory does not perform the requested type of analysis (full refund of the analysis fees); if there is no way to obtain a sample; if the invoice has been paid, there is a rejection at the laboratory level, and the client does not wish to reschedule, only the laboratory fees will be refunded.<\/p>\n
\u2022 It is the client’s responsibility to verify their request document and ensure that all tests are visible when scheduling an appointment. (Front\/Back)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Appointment times may be modified based on the nurse’s schedule, weather conditions, or due to situations beyond our control (e.g., accidents or traffic).<\/p>\n
\u2022 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all information regarding their request is accurate and complete. (Name, signature, and license number of the physician, fax number or email.)<\/p>\n
\u2022 There is no possibility of refund if the client does not follow the instructions given by the company or the laboratory.<\/p>\n
\u2022 We only accept Canadian medical requests.<\/p>\n
\u2022 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have received all their results. If this is not the case, and a month has passed and the client wants to redo their tests with S.H.E. Inc., they will have to pay for the tests to be redone.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Travel and administrative fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n
\u2022 If you become a regular client (more than 2 appointments), you do not pay travel fees.<\/p>\n
